The hotel had some positive aspects like having AC and a fridge in the room, as well as free weights available, but the room size was a bit tight, and there were some odors present. The service was a mixed bag with friendly interactions but also some unhelpful moments. The location had some safety concerns like suspicious activity and was not the best neighborhood, although it was convenient for visiting Busch Gardens. The dining experience had its ups and downs, from fresh waffles to issues with coffee and meal temperatures.
The hotel had a few pros and cons worth noting. The rooms sounded like an airplane engine next door, which was a downside; however, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was close to shopping and restaurants, which was great, but there were some concerns about suspicious activity in the area.
